High Season: June 15 – August 31 + Festivities and Special Weekends – € 600,00
Mid Season: May 4 – June 14 // September 1 – September 30 – € 500,00
Low Season: The rest of the year – € 450,00
Rates include:
Exclusive use of apartment and property amenities (barbecue, swimming pool, unguarded car park)
Bedroom linen, towels, kitchen cloths (weekly change)
Electricity and water consumption
Initial and final cleanings
Vegetable garden at guests disposal for picking vegetables
Rates do not include:
Heating (during the Winter): € 15,00 a day
Extra linen and towel change during the week: € 15,00 a person
Extra cleanings for pets: € 5,00 a day
At your arrival, Mr Ermanno (the owner) will be at your disposal to provide useful information about the surrounding area and the rural life. Moreover, since he has been working all over the world for many years, he fluently speaks Italian, English and French, and has a good knowledge of German, Spanish and Portuguese.
